Quality & traceability

These were initially developed to satisfy the extremely high quality requirements of our high-strength rods and stud bolts, particularly for the petro-chem and wind energy markets, where strict conformity to quality standards and full traceability is essential.

Our testing laboratory is a certified National Fasteners Inspection Center and our QA department is efficiently managed by our formally qualified inspection team.  In addition to product certification, the department is responsible for the company’s overall quality policy which runs at the heart of the organisation.

In addition to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certifications, we have Det Norske Veritas Management Certification and also operate an internal “6s” Quality Management System.
